The specific power consumption of the entire device is 0.35 - 0.45 KW/Nm3
Core technology of LNG liquefaction process in the company
II MRC / IIIMRC
The mixed refrigerant cooling process using two-stage and three-stage systems is currently the best for adjustment and has the lowest energy consumption among MRC processes. There are several successful examples in dozens of LNG plants, suitable for 1-106 MMSCFD.
C3 / MRC
The propane precooling mixed refrigerant refrigeration process is more suitable for purification processes that require the extraction of propane, butane (or LPG). Processing scale: 18-177 MMSCFD.
Single expander and double expander, nitrogen (or nitrogen + methane) expansion refrigeration processes are particularly suitable for projects that utilize pressure differentials, experience frequent starting and stopping, or involve mixed refrigerants.
